Before we made the booking, it says clearly free wifi, air condition and smoking free- rooms. When we arrived the AC was broken, lamps hanging loose, painting on the wall was bend, one of our two door cards didn’t work. We spoke to the “receptionist”, who said the hotel was full so we didn’t get any AC working or able to change room, the next day we went to another “receptionist” who didn’t know about this problem because her colleague didn’t mention it, she would fix it, then afternoon we went AGAIN to a 3rd receptionist who apologized for the “summer staff” and didn’t (AGAIN) know about the problem but she offered us free breakfast. On our LAST night we got a room with working ventilation which the manager Marika replied as “a room that meets our exceptions” which is a hilarious because we booked a room with AIR CONDITIONING!
No compensation from the hotel, only a few apologies and 2 breakfast vouchers.
I advise nobody to come here for bad ventilation (specially the allergic ones) and breakfast with few choices if you are gluten or vegan.
