The hotel has severe management problems. The staff in the reception were overall very reluctant to help and some of them did not seem to understand what we said.
The first night there was a false fire alarm , but no information to the guests as why if you did not explicitly asked for it. A lot of people were shaken by waking up to that sound.
When we wanted to store luggage at the day of departure the receptionist got angry because there were no baggage tags.
They had a controversy with the house-keeping staff that affected the customers. The reception staff left it to me as a guest to argue with the person in charge for the cleaning, when the room wasn’t ok when we arrived. Waste bin in bathroom wasn’t emptied, the safety did not work. Also, the rooms were not ready although it was past check-in time.
The breakfast was a mess, with juice dispensers broken and juice on the floor every day. The people working were understaffed - plates, cups etc always finished. No one checked us when entering for breakfast, meaning we could have entered from the street - nobody checked.
