Very nice hotel located in beautiful and modern Canary Wharf. I choose this hotel mostly because of the pool, and it didn't disappoint. I can really recommend an early visit to the 20th floor and see the sun rise while taking a lovely swim.
The hotel is located really close to the Crossharbour DLR. During my stay the DLR was out of service and it was a bit tricky to find my way walking from Canary Wharf the first time. From the hotel it takes approx 20-25 min walking to both the Underground (Elisabeth and Jubilee lines) and the Thames Clippers. Lovely surroundings with all the water and high modern buildings.
The bed was one of the best I ever had, but maybe a bit short. I slept very very well.
Good TV with HD and some radio stations. The TV supports Chromecast. OK wifi (50Mbs)
The room was equipped with a small kitchen with micro, fridge, kettle, but if you want to cook you have to ask for kitchen utensils.
The room was a bit warm, but you can open the window to get som fresh air.
The bathroom was one of the smallest I have ever had. It felt almost a bit claustrophobic just to take a shower! I sometimes thought of using the changing rooms at the pool area instead sometimes...
The staff is kind and helpful.
There is a café on the ground floor, restaurant at the top. Never tried them. There's a gym, a play room and a laundry room.
Really like the place. Nice rooms for both work and pleasure.
I can really recommend this place and I would love to come back some day.
