We had booked a studio, but we got the room closest to the elevator, and it was impossible to get a good nights sleep because other guests used the elevator through the night and it was loud. The next morning, we went to the reception and told them, and we got a new room, a superior one. Both the studio and the superior where similar, but the superior had two separate large beds next to each other. They were very unsteady and hard, but fine to sleep at. The second room also had a small balcony.
The wi-fi did not always work, and the machine where you could buy wi-fi to your room did not work.
The breakfast was really good! The location is a short walk from the beach. There are a few good restaurants along the way. There are a "fun"-land where you can play minigolf or billard next to the beach. The casa de la navaraja is very close to the hotel, and worth a visit (it's free). The city is small and friendly, if you want citylife you can go to Malaga by train very cheap. The road up to the city from the hotel is a 10 min walk, uphills by stairs, but it was a nice walk and there is an elevator to the city if you dont want to walk.
