Loved bar area and dining room. Staff could do with a little more of a personality. Room was good for the price. Location was convenient. Would stay again and recommend

Great location.. Only issue was expedia never paid the hotel so i had to pay twice to stay... was refunded later but was bad start to stay and not what i deserved starting my few days break

My experience at premier inn picadilly was mediocre. They didn’t accept check-ins before 3, and when they finally opened there was a long queue. They motivated for self check-in, but hotels.com/expedia guests were not able to do so because the reference number wasn’t the right format.
I, as I guess many other Non-Brit guests didn’t have the appropriate power converter. In the reception there was no understanding or willingness to help. I can accept that they don’t have converters lying around, some guidance to a supermarket or similar would be sufficient.
Rooms were decent, but with strong lights and not really a comfortable atmosphere.
All in all, not the best experience. At least City won the match and then my son didn’t care about anything else.

Der var ikke styr på ret meget, værelset var kun redt op til 2, så vi måtte ned og høre om de kunne få styr på det mens vi var væk, da vi kom tilbage ved midnat var der stadig ikke sket noget. Dobbeltsengen havde dobbeltdyne, så vi måtte ned igen og høre om en ekstra dyne samt håndklæder. Morgenmaden er super fin og det ligger meget centralt placeret i forhold til offentlig transport og shopping

O hotel e bem localizado. Perto da manchester piccadily. Quarto grande e confortável. A limpeza do quarto tem que ser pedida na recepção. Check-in e check-out muito rapido. Perto de lojas restaurantes. Muito bom
