The building is situated in a nice and quiet part of Wien with bus stop just outside the hotel. Just some 200m further away there is an underground stop as well for a quicker transportation. There is a supermarket nearby, a few restaurants and bakeries.
The staff is helpful and kind.
As far as I understand there are (at least) two type of rooms. We stayed in the "honeymoon suite" situated on a terrace on the second floor. The room was clean, spacious with a comfortable and large bed (rather hard but it worked very well for my aching back), flat screen TV, air conditioning and a rather different bathroom. Now the toilet is in a separate room, however the sink and shower is placed in the bathroom with glass door and wall. I guess this is why the room is called the "honeymoon suite". This is not a room you would like to share with someone that you don't have an intimate relationship with. Although, there is a huge flaw of the bathroom: as you shower the water will spray all over the floor of the whole bathroom making everything wet and flooded. If you forgot to close the door, the room as well will be flooded. You can do your best (as we did) but there still will be water everywhere.
This is not a big problem, you can live with it but if the hotel manager reads this: please reconsider the design of the bathroom and install at least a shower curtain.
Besides all the above, a very nice room to spend some nights.
The breakfast is OK, cold cuts, cheese, cereals, coffee, etc.
