All the photos looked amazing. However, less than 10 days before my reservation the staff told me that there was a problem and if I would like to upgrade to another accomodation. I saw the pictures, it was not so cool like this one, but it would be easier, once my trip was arriving.
I sent an email saying if it was ok to arrive 1h earlier than the check in and they said yes.
We already had a bad experience in the entrance. There was the back of a restaurant. The smell of food was very bad. There were a lot of chairs and tables leaning against the wall.
The flat was horrible!!! Dark, very very very dirty, once they haden´t clean yet. Despite my email, the Smartflats would need much more than one hour to fix everything.
I turned around and had to find another hotel under rain and cold weather. I lost a lot of money!
They offered my a new stay in this accomodation. But after all this bad situation, I don't want to be there!!!
