Terrible service and unprofessional practices
Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The service was poor, and the atmosphere felt tense. The staff in the restaurant were stressed and curt, and despite being clear with our order, we received an extra dish we didn’t order, and another was switched to the wrong one. We didn’t touch either of these dishes, but they were still included on the bill, and it took 15 minutes of discussion with the staff to have them removed.
Breakfast was also disappointing, offering only one dish and one drink (e.g., coffee but no juice), with no flexibility for allergies. The beds were uncomfortable, with hard mattresses, and the pillows were excessively firm, making it difficult to sleep.
The tipping process was awkward—staff directly instructed us to write in a tip amount instead of asking politely.
The worst experience came at check-out. We were 45 minutes late, but as Gold members, late check-out should have been included. Instead, we were charged a $500 penalty with no prior warning or reminders. It felt like the staff purposely waited for us to leave so they could impose the fee.
We remained polite and friendly throughout our stay, but the staff were dismissive and unhelpful. We do not recommend this hotel due to poor service, uncomfortable rooms, and unreasonable charges.
